The Deadliest Plague, by Brian J. Clarke

Reviewed at Amazon on 15 September, 2013

I absolutely love disaster books, and this story had the potential to be one of my all-time favourites. However, I finished it only by being so hopeful that the virus story would redeem the writing and stereotypes. Is Brian J. Clarke the same person as Brian Clarke (Armageddon)? Although the characters are developed more in this one, the writing style, annoying attempts to educate, lack of editing, and a rather weird penchant for middle aged men having threesomes with nubile young idiots suggests ‘yes’. PLEASE get an editor!
